Mornings are already chaotic enough, so I love that we can just hop on and head to school. So much easier for us.
Coffee runs just feel a little better on the bike. We use it for quick stops around town, grabbing a drink, and enjoying the ride through the neighborhood. There’s always room for the little things we pick up along the way. It’s just an easy way to get around town without having to hop in the car.
The Minivan makes everyday errands a lot easier. We use it for grocery runs, picking up packages, and hauling whatever we need. The cargo space is super handy — we can easily throw in bags, groceries, and other things we pick up along the way.
I purchased this on Friday. Received it on Tuesday. Really quick shipping and delivery. Unfortunately, FedEx didn't do a good job delivering my bike. They didn't follow directions when delivering my bike and I received the bike with the box heavily damaged. I also have on my security camera that they shoved the bike over the 4 ft. high fence and let it fall to its side hard. Assembly was really fast as it comes almost fully assembled and I'm pretty good with figuring out where things go. I was able to assemble the bike without actually reading any instructions. Test riding the bike went really well and I fell in love instantly. A couple of days later, I received the passenger kit, so I put that together and took my kids around the neighborhood for a test ride as well. My kids and I really enjoyed our rides. I also have another bike from a different company to compare and this one blew the other bike out of the water. Let's start with the features. Both the Letrigo Minivan and my Ferla Lagom come with mid-drive motors, Enviolo internal gear-shifting, and Carbon belt drive. Though the two bikes have similar main components as mentioned The difference in the bikes is like night and day. I had trouble pedaling on the Lagom, both the first bike I received as well as the replacement. It was just really hard to pedal with or without power. On the Letrigo MInivan, I was able to not only pedal like a normal bike, I was also able to pedal with TWO kids on without any power assist. I thoroughly enjoyed the bike and so did my kids. Let's talk about the accessories. I received the passenger kit and put that on so I can take my two kids. You can tell that it was really well designed. I even rode the bike with my 16 month old and felt that it was totally safe since the passenger rails have both the upper rails for their hands and lower rails that keep them from falling out even when they fall asleep or in my case, the 16 month old was kept safe on the seat. The seatpad and backrest were really thick and well made. All in all, after riding several different longtail cargo bikes from various companies like Rad Power Bikes' Rad Wagon 4, Aventon's Abound, Ferla's Lagom, and Letrigo's Minivan, I enjoy the minivan the most. The best part about my experience with the Letrigo Minivan is customer service... I couldn't connect the bike to the phone app and contacted them and they helped me get my bike connected to the app. As I have mentioned about FedEx delivery, I contacted Letrigo immediately and customer service said I could just return the bike for a full refund. I really liked the bike, so I didn't return it. After riding it for about 20 miles, the problem arrived, which I believed was due to FedEx mishandling the bike. The bike completely powered off and wouldn't turn on at all. I contacted Letrigo and they immediately said I need to return the bike for a full refund. They provided the return label and arranged for FedEx to pick up the bike the next day after I showed them that I had repacked the bike. The bike was picked up on Tuesday and they received it on Wednesday. I received my full refund shortly after that. THAT is the best customer service I have ever received from any ebike company. I had good experience with Rad Power Bikes, Aventon, and Lectric and really appreciate their efforts to make things right when things go wrong. However, Letrigo's customer service, in my opinion, is the best out of them all. Ferla was the worst.
As a young dad, I wanted an electric cargo bike to take my son on outdoor adventures. After a lot of research, we discovered Letrigo, which specializes in family cargo bikes. Since buying it, it's brought so much joy to our family! The frame is sturdy and the belt drive is smooth. Love it!
I have been searching for a high quality cargo bike for a while now but can't see why they are all so expensive. When I saw the Minivan I knew it was the bike for me and my family. It rides like a dream and we haven't had to touch the car since we got it. I love the gearing system it's super easy to use and the motor is so smooth!

Moved to a Letrigo after my Ferla was stolen. I love the internal gear set, smooth throttle, and upgraded display. Please be mindful the kid cargo area is a touch smaller
Love the bike! The combination of mid drive motor with belt drive hub gearbox is superior to all long tail bikes on the market! Box was damaged and frame was scratched a little, but great customer service alevated all my issues.

I always do a lot of research when making a purchase of this size and the number of e-bike companies out there right now is pretty intimidating to someone new to the market. So, after visiting several brick and mortar bike shops and scouring the web, i decided to purchase the Letrigo minivan. Let me just say, "this bike is awesome!" It took about a week to arrive and the minimal assembly required took about 30 minutes to complete. I got the rear passenger kit and had questions during installation. The Letrigo support team responded within an hour with a detailed video and step by step instructions and i was ready to ride! I took my 4 year old daughter on our first ride and we had a blast! This bike is so much fun ! The belt drive provides a smooth ride and the motor is very powerful. The display is amazing! The kick stand is sturdy and allows you to load the kids before starting out. Everything about this bike is great and my family loves it! I'm really pleased i chose Letrigo and I'm currently considering getting another one for my wife!
