Letrigo Warranty
This Warranty is provided by Letrigo Mobility, Inc for eligible Letrigo products purchased for personal, family, or household use directly from letrigo.com or an authorized Letrigo dealer in the United States or Canada. It is available to review before purchase and is in addition to, not in place of, legal warranties and other rights that cannot be waived.
Who is covered
Coverage begins on the original retail delivery date. The original retail purchaser is covered. The remaining warranty may transfer with the product if the transferee provides the original purchaser’s name, proof of purchase or order number, and the product serial number. The warranty period does not restart upon transfer.

What Letrigo will do
After confirming a covered defect, Letrigo will choose a commercially reasonable remedy: remote technical support, repair, replacement part, repair through an approved service provider, replacement with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or another remedy required by law. Replacement parts or products may be new or professionally refurbished and will be functionally equivalent, subject to applicable law and availability.
If a covered product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time after reasonable attempts, Letrigo will provide any refund, price reduction, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law. We will not substitute a materially inferior product.
Parts, shipping, and labor
For an approved warranty claim within the applicable coverage period, Letrigo will provide the covered replacement part and standard shipping to an eligible United States or Canadian address at no charge. Labor is covered only when Letrigo authorizes the work in writing before the repair. Unauthorized labor, expedited shipping, travel, mobile service, bike-shop diagnosis, assembly, and transportation costs are not reimbursable unless law requires otherwise or Letrigo agrees in writing.
For a large component or complete-product return, Letrigo may first use remote diagnosis or arrange local service where reasonable. We will provide the approved return method and address. Do not ship an e-bike or battery without authorization.
Reasonable claim requirements
- Stop using the product if continued use may be unsafe or may worsen the damage.
- Contact support@letrigo.com and provide your name, order information or proof of purchase, serial number, a description of the issue, and current mileage.
- Provide photographs, video, diagnostic information, or reasonable troubleshooting cooperation when relevant and available. We will not require evidence unrelated to the claim.
- Follow the approved repair, return, or replacement instructions. Keep the product and affected parts until the claim is closed unless we tell you otherwise.
For an advance shipment of a high-value component—such as a battery, motor, controller, or display—we may require a reasonable refundable deposit or temporary card authorization. We will disclose the amount and return deadline before shipment. The deposit will be released after the requested part is returned in accordance with the instructions, subject only to documented loss or damage not caused by the covered defect.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and maintenance, including brake pads, brake rotors worn through use, tires, tubes, chains, sprockets, grips, bearings, cables, bulbs, and similar consumables, unless the part had a manufacturing defect at delivery.
- Normal battery aging or capacity loss consistent with age, mileage, charge cycles, temperature, storage, and use.
- Routine adjustment, cleaning, lubrication, brake or derailleur tuning, spoke tensioning, tire inflation, fastener checks, or other scheduled maintenance.
- Damage caused by collision, abuse, stunt riding, racing, overloading, use beyond published product limits, improper storage, corrosion, salt, immersion, flood, fire, extreme heat, freezing, chemical exposure, theft, vandalism, or other external events.
- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, charging, transport, maintenance, or operation contrary to the owner’s manual or written safety instructions.
- Damage caused by an incompatible charger, battery, accessory, component, software modification, speed modification, or electrical alteration.
- Products with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number when the alteration prevents reasonable verification, unless the condition was not caused by the claimant.
- Aesthetic variation, paint fading, surface corrosion, scratches, dents, noise, or vibration that does not result from a manufacturing defect or materially impair safe function.
- Products identified and sold as used, refurbished, demo, or final sale, except to the extent covered by a separate written warranty or non-waivable law.
Using a third-party part or independent repair service does not by itself void this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by an incompatible part, improper repair, or other third-party act. Letrigo may require restoration to a diagnosable condition when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Battery-specific exclusions and safety
- Charging with a charger not specified as compatible by Letrigo, misuse of the charger, bypassing the battery-management system, opening the battery enclosure, or tampering with battery seals or circuitry.
- Using the battery in a product for which it was not designed, or storing or charging it contrary to the owner’s manual.
Do not use, charge, open, or ship a battery that is swollen, leaking, punctured, crushed, unusually hot, water-damaged, or emitting an unusual odor or sound. Contact Customer Support for safe instructions. Battery shipping must follow dangerous-goods requirements.
Limits of this written warranty
This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties that may be limited in duration are limited to the duration of the applicable written coverage stated above. Some states and provinces do not allow limits on implied-warranty duration, so this limitation may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letrigo is not responsible under this written warranty for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of use, lost income, or alternative transportation. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by a defective product where applicable.
Legal rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or territory. Canadian legal warranties—including Quebec legal warranties of quality, durability, safety, and fitness where applicable—continue to apply and are not waived or reduced by this document. If any term conflicts with a non-waivable law, the law controls.
