This policy explains payment methods, authorization, financing, fraud review, and refunds for purchases made directly through letrigo.com. The payment methods actually displayed at checkout for your location, device, currency, and order are the methods available for that transaction.
Accepted payment methods
Depending on checkout eligibility and configuration, we currently accept:

- Shop Pay Installments, where offered and approved
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- Apple Pay, on eligible devices and browsers
- Google Pay, on eligible devices and browsers
PayPal or Afterpay may be available only when those options are displayed at checkout. Logos or descriptions elsewhere on the site do not guarantee that a method is available for every order, market, currency, or product.
Currency and conversion
The currency shown at checkout is the transaction currency. United States orders are generally presented in U.S. dollars and Canadian orders in Canadian dollars when supported by the storefront configuration. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, or financing provider may apply its own exchange rate, foreign-transaction fee, cash-advance treatment, or other charge. Letrigo does not control or receive those charges.
When your payment is authorized or captured
When you place an order, the payment provider may authorize the amount, place a temporary hold, or capture payment immediately, depending on the method and Shopify configuration. An authorization is not final acceptance of the order. If an order is canceled before capture, the hold may remain visible until your financial institution releases it.
Installment and buy-now-pay-later services
Shop Pay Installments is a third-party financing service powered by Affirm where available. Afterpay, if displayed at checkout, is also a third-party payment or financing service. Eligibility, identity verification, credit review, payment schedule, annual percentage rate, interest, late fees, order limits, and available plans are determined by the provider and disclosed in the provider’s checkout flow and agreement. Letrigo is the product seller, not the lender, and does not approve or service the loan.
Available installment terms may vary by customer, order amount, provider, and jurisdiction. Any description shown on our site is subject to the specific disclosures and agreement presented by the provider before you complete the transaction.
Taxes and total price
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other mandatory charges are calculated or shown before the order is submitted as required by law. The final checkout total is the amount you authorize, subject to correction of an obvious error as described in the Terms & Conditions.
Payment verification and fraud prevention
To protect customers and Letrigo, an order may be reviewed for address mismatch, unusual order pattern, payment-provider alerts, attempted purchase-limit circumvention, or other reasonable fraud indicators. We may ask you to confirm limited information needed to verify the transaction. Do not email a full card number, security code, online-banking password, or unnecessary identity document.
We may delay fulfillment while a reasonable review is completed or cancel and refund an order we cannot verify. We will not use fraud screening to discriminate unlawfully or avoid a valid customer obligation.
Declined or failed payments
A payment may be declined because of issuer limits, address verification, insufficient funds, unsupported card type, provider eligibility, or a security decision. Letrigo generally cannot see the issuer’s full reason. Confirm your billing information, contact the issuer or payment provider, or use another method displayed at checkout. Repeated attempts may create multiple temporary authorizations, but only a successfully completed order should be captured.
Payment security and card information
Checkout payments are processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider using their security controls. Letrigo does not receive or store your full card number or card security code in its ordinary order records. We may receive transaction tokens, card brand, last four digits, billing details, risk signals, and status information needed to process and support the order. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a card refund to another card, bank account, or person. After Letrigo submits the refund, the bank, wallet, or financing provider controls posting time. Shipping, return, and deduction rules are described in the Return & Refund Policy.
For an installment purchase, the provider applies the refund to the financing balance and adjusts or cancels future payments according to its agreement. Continue scheduled payments until the provider confirms the adjustment. Interest or provider charges, if any, are handled under the provider’s terms and applicable law.
Chargebacks and duplicate refunds
If you do not recognize a transaction, contact your financial institution immediately and notify us. For an order dispute, we encourage you to contact Customer Support so we can investigate and offer available remedies. This does not waive your right to dispute a charge.
We will not issue duplicate recovery for the same loss. If a chargeback, PayPal claim, or financing dispute is pending, a separate refund may be paused while the provider decides the matter. We may provide the provider with relevant order, delivery, return, and communications records.
Changes to payment availability
We may add or remove payment methods prospectively for security, provider, legal, or operational reasons. The method and provider terms displayed when you submit the order govern that transaction.
