    Order Processing Time

  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

    • EXCEEDED DELIVERY TIME

  • Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@letrigo.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • Before shipping: 
    • Order Cancellation / Change of Address / Replacements and Exchanges: NO charge
  • After shipping:
    • Please note! We cannot modify, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
    If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return.
    In this case, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and deduct the shipping costs, so please confirm the shipping address before placing an order.
