These Terms & Conditions govern access to letrigo.com and purchases made directly from Letrigo Mobility, Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not waived.

These Terms apply to consumer sales through letrigo.com. Purchases from an authorized dealer are also subject to that dealer’s sales terms, while the applicable Letrigo Limited Warranty may still apply. Dealer, distributor, commercial fleet, and wholesale transactions are governed by their separate written agreements.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity you authorize. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend an account for reasonable security, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons and will not do so to avoid a valid consumer obligation.

3. Product information and lawful use

We work to present accurate descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, prices, and availability. Screen colors and minor production details may vary. Material substitutions will be of comparable function and quality unless we disclose otherwise and obtain any consent required by law.

E-bike classifications, equipment requirements, access rules, age limits, helmet rules, and sidecar or passenger rules vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking local road, trail, and equipment requirements. This does not excuse inaccurate legal or product claims made by Letrigo.

4. Orders, acceptance, and availability

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself accept the order. We may verify inventory, payment, shipping eligibility, and fraud indicators. The order is accepted when we send shipping confirmation or otherwise begin performance.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for out-of-stock inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, shipping restrictions, payment failure, suspected fraud, purchase-limit circumvention, or other legitimate reason. We will promptly explain the general reason when appropriate and refund any collected amount. We will not cancel an accepted order to avoid a lawful obligation.

Quantity limits may apply and will be enforced reasonably. Products purchased through the consumer website are not authorized for resale without written approval.

5. Prices, taxes, promotions, and errors

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges unless stated otherwise. Mandatory charges will be disclosed before order submission as required by law. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. Eligibility, dates, quantities, and exclusions will be disclosed with the offer.

If an obvious pricing or calculation error occurs, we may contact you for approval of the correct price or cancel and refund the affected item before shipment. After acceptance, we will honor the contract except where correction or cancellation is permitted by law.

6. Payment

Payment is governed by our Payment Policy at /pages/payment. Available methods appear at checkout and may include cards, digital wallets, Shop Pay, and third-party installment services. Third-party payment or financing providers apply their own eligibility decisions and agreements. Letrigo does not guarantee approval.

7. Shipping, title, and risk

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy at /pages/shipping-policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Title and risk of loss pass only as provided by applicable law. Delay notices, cancellation choices, and refunds will be provided when required.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy at /pages/return-refund-policy. That policy is a voluntary program and does not limit rights for defective, non-conforming, late, or undelivered goods under applicable law.

9. Limited Warranty and product support

Eligible products are covered by the Letrigo Limited Warranty at /pages/general-warranty. The warranty is available before purchase. Written warranty limits do not displace legal warranties or other rights that cannot be waived.

10. Safety, assembly, and maintenance

Read and follow the owner’s manual, warning labels, assembly instructions, payload limits, battery instructions, and pre-ride inspection requirements. Professional assembly or inspection is recommended when you are not confident performing the work. Stop using a product that appears damaged or unsafe and contact Customer Support.

No site content replaces professional mechanical, medical, or legal advice. Letrigo remains responsible for obligations that law places on a manufacturer or seller; this section does not shift responsibility for a defective product to the consumer.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, product names, trademarks, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to Letrigo and are protected by applicable law. You may view, print, or download content for personal, non-commercial use. No other use, copying, scraping for commercial exploitation, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is permitted without written authorization, except as allowed by law.

12. Reviews, photos, and other user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Letrigo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for operating, moderating, and promoting Letrigo products and services, for as long as reasonably necessary and subject to applicable privacy law. We will not materially alter a review to change its meaning.

Content must be based on a genuine experience and must not be unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, infringing, maliciously false, contain private information, or include malware. We may moderate content consistently for these reasons, but we will not suppress a review merely because it is negative. Promotional or incentivized reviews must be disclosed.

13. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access, security testing without permission, interference, malware distribution, or circumvention of technical controls.
  • Impersonation, payment fraud, false claims, product substitution, or misuse of return, warranty, referral, affiliate, promotion, or chargeback programs.
  • Collecting personal information or site content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

We may take proportionate action, including order review, account restriction, cancellation before acceptance, preservation of evidence, or referral to the appropriate provider or authority. We will not use this section to deny a legitimate consumer claim.

14. Third-party services and links

The site may use Shopify and link to carriers, payment providers, social platforms, mapping services, dealers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Letrigo is responsible for its own acts and for obligations that applicable law assigns to it, but is not responsible for independent third-party content or services outside its reasonable control.

15. Privacy and electronic communications

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy posted on the site. By ordering or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by applicable law and may be unsubscribed from using the provided method. Transactional and safety communications may still be sent.

16. Site availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the site secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or events beyond reasonable control.

Except for express product warranties, specific written representations, and non-waivable legal warranties, site content is provided on an ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not disclaim responsibility for a product failing to match a material description or for obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. For claims arising solely from the website or a purchase contract, Letrigo’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, unless a greater remedy is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breach of confidentiality or privacy obligations, personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product where applicable, or non-waivable consumer rights.

18. Responsibility for unlawful misuse

You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss arising from your intentional unlawful misuse of the site, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights. You are not required to indemnify Letrigo for Letrigo’s own negligence, a product defect, or conduct for which Letrigo is legally responsible.

19. Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party is liable for delay caused by an event beyond reasonable control, except for payment obligations already due and obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excused. Letrigo will provide reasonable notice and mitigation, and customers retain any cancellation or refund rights triggered by a delay.

20. Resolving concerns

Please contact Customer Support first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly. This informal process is voluntary and does not prevent you from contacting a consumer-protection agency, payment provider, small-claims court, or other court with jurisdiction, nor does it shorten a legal deadline.

21. Governing law and venue

For United States customers, these Terms are governed by applicable federal law and California law, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of the customer’s state of residence continue to apply. Any court proceeding may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

For Canadian customers, the laws of the customer’s province or territory and applicable federal laws of Canada govern. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts or tribunals available under applicable local law. We do not require mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver in these consumer Terms.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, operational, or business reasons. The version shown when an order is placed governs that purchase unless a later version is more favorable or law requires otherwise. We will not retroactively impose a materially less favorable term on a completed purchase without consent.

23. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer an order or claim for fraudulent or commercial purposes; otherwise, assignment rights are governed by applicable law. Letrigo may transfer these Terms in a reorganization or sale only if consumer rights are not reduced.

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated above and any product-specific written agreement, form the agreement for the site purchase. In a conflict, a product-specific written term controls for that product, followed by the applicable policy, then these Terms, subject always to non-waivable law.
