It was packed very well same as the Letrigo Koda bike I purchased. Both the bike and side car are very good quality materials. The instructions regarding putting the bike and sidecar together need improvement. For the bike, the instructions need to say the tools and pedals are in the pouch, we would have never found them otherwise. When I was putting the bike together there was no online video to watch which would have helped. When putting the sidecar together, wow that one was tough and takes two people. I would suggest mounting the bottom bracket before shipping. A week after I put my sidecar together I see a video but even that video was hard to see because the guys son gets in the way as he was installing the sidecar to the bike. I have the 4 screws for the sidecar to mount to the bike but didn’t have washers and nuts for them so I ended up using zip ties to help keep the upper part of the sidecar triangle thing to stay beside the bike and not pull away.
The sidecar is his spot now. He fits comfortably, chills the whole ride, and basically expects to come every time we leave the house.
We mostly got it for our dog and he loves it. Plenty of room for him, and now he comes along for pretty much everything.
It’s been a lifesaver for school runs with two kids. Way easier than trying to juggle everything on one bike.

Got the sidecar mostly for our dog and he’s obsessed with it. He’s a pretty big guy, but he fits fine and just sits there watching everything go by.
One kid usually claims it, and somehow there’s always a backpack or two thrown in there too.

This sidecar is very well built. Bolts on to the bike in six places and has a shock to keep the connection smooth while you go down the road. My dog loved it.
My daughter loves riding in the Sidecar. She’ll bring a book along, sit back, and enjoy the ride while we take a slow trip around the neighborhood. These little rides have become some of our favorite moments of the week.

Instructions lack detail, so I had to reassemble after leaving out the metal plats that go in the bottom. Riding with a side car takes practice and you just have to figure it out. Why not provide tips and guidance.
I was very impressed by the video instructions I received regarding an issue I had putting the bike and sidecar together. It was crystal clear on what to do. Great support team for this 70 yo . Yes even I could do it.
It is one of my best purchases my son has autism loves to go out and is regulated a lot of walking !

Well built, nice features. I wouldn't recommend doing what I did... Use with a Letrigo bike. The engineering, cost & time involved don't compare. Taking it out this weekend with the grandson to put it through it's paces. Wish me luck
