Order Fulfillment: Click & Collect partners must assemble, inspect, and deliver bikes in good condition.

Customer Satisfaction: All dealers & partners must maintain high service standards.

Brand Protection: Dealers cannot misrepresent, modify, or sell unauthorized products under Letrigo’s name.

Exclusivity Rule: Click & Collect partners are limited to one per 15-mile radius.

Valued Dealers Commitment: Must maintain an agreed stock level to qualify for 30%-35% margin.

Termination Rights: Letrigo reserves the right to revoke partnerships due to non-compliance.
